We encourage you to take a tour of our executive suites, cattery, dog kennels, outdoor play area, bathing area, grooming facility and more.
Cat owners: Our cattery and cat suites can be toured anytime our lobby is open. Most cats enjoy watching visitors and have their own bed they can climb under if they like to hide.
Dog owners: We recommend taking one of our scheduled tours of our dog boarding kennel so that reception has the time to introduce you to the dogs that we are boarding. Upstairs and downstairs kennel tours are conducted on Wednesday and Saturday at 2 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
At other times, customers are welcome to see the kennel areas if a staff member is available. However, we need to limit drop-in tours so our staff can perform their duties and our dog guests are not overly stimulated.
If you drop by for a tour and there are customers that need to check in or check out, please allow our receptionists to serve their needs first.
