Important Customer Notice – Coronavirus Precautions

Hillrose Pet Resort has decided to implement several changes for the time being in response to the Coronavirus situation, effective immediately. Please read below.

As a precaution, we are temporarily making the following changes:

  • Check-In and Check-Out appointments are required; please call to schedule.
  • Please do not enter our lobby if there is another customer already inside.
  • Customer-supplied leashes are required and will only be handled by customers.
  • The receptionist will only use green, kennel-supplied leads.
  • The receptionist will wear gloves and a face mask as a precaution.
  • Please keep six feet away from our front desk, except when signing papers.
  • We cannot accept personal bedding or towels.
  • We are NOT accepting new boarding or new grooming customers until further notice.
  • Facility tours are not available at this time.
  • We can not guarantee emergency veterinarian services; we are not a Vet.
At this time, we are continuing to accept reservations for existing customers ONLY for boarding & daycare ONLY. Layover services are still available to all.
 
Also, please note: During times of receptionist staff shortages, our response times may be delayed. Please leave a message with any questions or appointments, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
