Hillrose Pet Resort has decided to implement several changes for the time being in response to the Coronavirus situation, effective immediately. Please read below.
As a precaution, we are temporarily making the following changes:
- Check-In and Check-Out appointments are required; please call to schedule.
- Please do not enter our lobby if there is another customer already inside.
- Customer-supplied leashes are required and will only be handled by customers.
- The receptionist will only use green, kennel-supplied leads.
- The receptionist will wear gloves and a face mask as a precaution.
- Please keep six feet away from our front desk, except when signing papers.
- We cannot accept personal bedding or towels.
- We are NOT accepting new boarding or new grooming customers until further notice.
- Facility tours are not available at this time.
- We can not guarantee emergency veterinarian services; we are not a Vet.
