Seasonal Pet Allergies

I don’t know about you but it’s the time of year that my seasonal allergies are hyper sensitive and I noticed last night that Dexter was scratching his ears.  Our blog post today is about those pet allergies and what you can do to help relieve the discomfort.

A recent survey says that pet owners were not even aware the pet had allergies

Your pet having allergies is very common these days

Most seasonal allergies are skin related, inflammation or hot spots

What to do:

Frequent baths give relief to an itchy pet

Foot soaks are a great way to reduce the amount of allergens your pet tracks inside

Keep bedding and other pet items clean

Seasonal allergies can turn into a year-round problem if you don’t take care of them so see your vet soon and often to make sure your pets immune system is strong and healthy.
